Design

I have a flare for creative designs and creative thinking. I often come up with ideas that the client has never thought of.

Planning Applications

I produce drawings for planning and submit planning applications on behalf of my clients. I have many years of experience and can advise on aspects of planning.

House Extensions

I specialise in extensions. I love making them work with the rest of the house, so they flow properly and don't just feel like an 'add on'.

Building Regulations

Even if you do not need planning, you will need building control approval. I produce those building regulation drawings and submit applications on my client's behalf.

Measured Surveys

I attend properties and measure every nook and cranny! I then produce digital, scaled drawings in an up to date CAD programme.

Commercial Works

I carry out many types of commercial work for different types of client. I produce existing and proposed plans and cover all aspects of design.
